How we can help
We provide a range of short-term talking therapies that are available to help anyone (aged 18 or over who lives or works in Sheffield) experiencing stress, anxiety and depression.
Booking an assessment
When you get in touch with us the first thing we will do is arrange for you to have a short assessment with our team. We will ask you about how you are feeling and explore with you what might be causing you to feel that way.
You will work alongside one of our Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to discuss the different treatment options available to you and agree what would be the most helpful one based on your assessment.

Online support
We know that attending groups or one-to-one therapy isn’t for everyone.
That’s why we’ve made sure that there’s lots of support available to you online, so you can access it at a time that works for you.
Health and Wellbeing Service
Our Health and Wellbeing Service works with people who are experiencing stress, anxiety and low mood, who are living with a long-term physical health condition.
Talking therapies
We provide a range of talking therapies in different formats to best suit your needs. This might be through group sessions or one-to-one support.
Self help
We have a lots of free guides, audiobooks, apps and resources that you can make use of in your own time without needing to book onto a course.
Healthcare professionals
We can provide advice to healthcare professionals on how to best support a patient with their mental health.
Employers
If you are an employer in Sheffield we can provide you with a free wellbeing session that is tailored to meet the needs of your employees.
Courses
We offer a range of courses that have all been specially designed to help with any stress, worry or anxiety you are experiencing.
