Courses
We offer a range of courses that have all been specially designed to help with low mood, stress, worry or anxiety you may be experiencing.
At each of our courses you will be supported by our team to build your confidence and learn new techniques to use at home to better manage how you are feeling.
These courses run over a number of weeks and give you the chance to meet others who are experiencing similar feelings to you.
Most of our courses are virtual via Microsoft Teams. We are starting to offer a few face to face courses: Overcoming Low mood, Overcoming Anxiety and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression.
